What will we cover?
The coaching program begins with a meeting between us
to establish our partnership. We clarify the key outcomes
of the coaching and the evidence required to ensure those
outcomes are achieved. The program then proceeds as follows:
• Together, you and I review the particulars
of current situations, reports or feedback on your effectiveness.
We clarify our Agenda for the Coaching Program, confirm
your goals and their success measures in the areas of
leadership and communication.
• Next, we define your ideal leadership style
and "image" based on your personality and
preferences. We identify your strengths and resources.
As part of this process we clearly articulate your values.
(You will have access to a range of tools to assist
with this.)
• Throughout the coaching I work with you to
purposefully apply all we discover to the actual, real-time
challenges you face.
• Leadership communication skills are vital to
your success.
• You will gain the ability to reflect and learn
about your leading of your team, in the moment. All
we do will be in accord with the culture you desire
for your organisation.
• Finally, we will revisit and celebrate the
successes we have achieved. |
